Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During high‑volume periods (new launches, holidays, sales), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
  • Priority Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Rio Luna is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Rio Luna is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages

If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier‑related issues.

Pre‑Orders & Special Releases

If your order includes a pre‑order item, your entire order will ship together once the pre‑order item is ready.
If you prefer separate shipments, please place separate orders.
