We want you to love your Rio Luna pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

đź’› Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Items must be free of makeup, perfume, or signs of wear
  • Clearance or final‑sale items are not eligible for return

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.

 

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. 

 

❌ Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings
  • Final‑sale items

 

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at riolunajewelryandaccessories@gmail.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • The item you’d like to return 
  • Reason for the request

We’ll reply with instructions and a return address.

 

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll take care of it right away.
